Get it checked out.
I did not like wearing hearing aids, but I was tired of struggling to hear the people around me. Before contacting Hearing and Speech Connection, I was concerned about the cost, but they were very understanding and kind. Now, I do not struggle to hear what people are saying and I appreciate the helpful people at the clinic. I would tell anyone concerned about their hearing to get it checked out.

It’s the best place I’ve found.
I knew a long time ago that I had hearing challenges. I had tried hearing aids from a local business that worked for a short time, but the batteries didn’t last and got expensive since I had to travel for them. Later, the VA provided me better hearing aids, but it took a year to get someone who could program them right, and by then, they kept malfunctioning. This left me not wearing them much and not trusting the industry, especially since every few months, there seemed to be a new, more expensive model and I wasn’t sure any of them really worked.
When I first went to Hearing and Speech Connection, I enjoyed the helpful staff who took the time to investigate what I actually needed. Now, I wear the hearing aids most of the time, though I take them out when working in loud places. It has been both good and bad, but this clinic has been the best place I’ve found. I would tell anyone concerned about their hearing to check them out because the staff really listens and helps you the best they can.

Do it sooner than later
About three years ago, I suddenly could not hear through my left ear. After checking with an ear, nose, and throat specialist, I was diagnosed with nerve damage, and they recommended a cochlear implant. The surgery was easy, and after about a month of healing, I went to the audiologist to turn it on. It helped some, but I have to get it adjusted often to avoid whistling and to keep it working properly, including cleaning and adjustments a few times each year. I was shocked at how fast my hearing went.
My first impression of Hearing and Speech Connection was very positive, with friendly and helpful people. I still find it hard to hear sometimes, but the clinic has helped me hear better in many situations. I loved the people and their skills. If you are concerned about your hearing, do it sooner than later.

I would say this is the place to go.
I first realized something was up with my hearing when my wife would get upset because I kept asking her to repeat what she had just said. I had heard good things about Hearing and Speech Connection and liked that they were much closer to me than Billings. From the start, I was pleased to get that kind of service so close to home. The service and the way people treat you with respect are my favorite things about working with them.
With my hearing aids, I am able to hear my wife a lot better, I can get my phone into my ears, and I enjoy watching TV since the sound goes directly to my ears. My wife can set the volume to suit her, and for the first time, I can have it at a level I can hear. For anyone concerned about their hearing, I would say this is the place to go.

I am glad I got them. I can visit with friends and family again.
My hearing loss came on slowly because of constant noise, and I realized I was missing what my family was saying. I wondered how hearing aids would fit into my life, but my first impression of Hearing and Speech Connection was that they were friendly, caring, and honest. The ease of working with them and their helpfulness made the experience great. I am glad I got my hearing aids because I can visit with friends and family again. If someone is concerned about their hearing, I would tell them to do it.

"Get it done, they will only help you, that's for sure"
It has been many years, but when I couldn’t hear my kids playing in the next room, I knew I needed hearing aids. I had bad hearing for so long, I just hoped something could help. My first impression was that you were great, and I was treated the best ever. Honestly, I think maybe my wife would have cut my ears off if I hadn’t gotten hearing aids. Get it done, they will only help you, that's for sure. It's hard to think of just one thing, but the people stand out—great team.

"No questions asked I would recommend Hearing & Speech Connection"
Before getting my hearing tested, I was concerned about not being able to communicate with my family and friends. There were times that were very frustrating not being able to participate in conversations. My first impression of Hearing & Speech Connection was that they had a trained, experienced audiologist. Hearing aids have helped me to hear the things that people were saying to me. No questions asked, I would recommend Hearing & Speech Connection. All the personnel are very helpful and also very kind.

"It's like seeing color again when you are used to black and white"
I noticed my hearing loss when a doctor was trying to ask and tell me something and I couldn’t hear them. I didn’t have any concerns before contacting Hearing and Speech Connection. My first impression was that they were very friendly and understanding. With hearing aids, I can hear things I have forgotten existed from my earlier years. It's like seeing color again when you are used to black and white. My favorite thing is the flexible schedule and flexible payment plans offered.

"The tinnitus buzzing is much less with my aids in"
My hearing loss was gradual. I didn’t have any concerns before contacting Hearing and Speech Connection. My first impression was that it had a warm and welcoming staff and atmosphere. Now, the tinnitus buzzing is much less with my aids in. I would highly recommend this group and have told others about them. My favorite thing about working with them? The great friends I've made there. Josh, of course, and the girls.
