When you join HASC, you are part of a team that feels like family - a goofy but awesome family! We have worked very hard to create a positive, fun, and inspiring work culture, and we look for employees who can help reinforce that culture. We also seek out those who are willing to help us grow and scale, who can provide excellent care to our patients (whether directly or indirectly), who have exceptional people skills, and who possess integrity. Everything we do at HASC supports our mission of "helping people connect with others through improved hearing and communication."

Our audiologists work with adults and children in the areas of hearing aids, cochlear implants, tinnitus, and auditory processing disorder. Our SLPs work with both kids and adults and we cover auditory processing disorder, orofacial myology, feeding/swallowing, AAC, voice (Lee Silverman), and other communication disorders. Other staff positions include a billing specialist, patient care coordinators, audiology assistant, and an administrative director, and they are every bit as critical and awesome as our providers - we literally couldn't sail this ship without them!

Providers and support staff alike take part in professional development trainings and experiences and providers receive additional funds for other continuing education opportunities, as well as an ample budget for materials. All full time staff are eligible to participate in our health plan and receive 23 days of PTO to start, plus providers' dues and licensure fees are covered. And best of all, ALL staff members are bonused for achieving goals and engaging in business building and professional development activities. We strongly believe that when we all work hard together, all team members should benefit! We'd love to talk about what things could look like with YOU in the picture
