On November 6th, Miles Community College
Hearing & Speech Connection is hosting an educational seminar at Miles Community College room 107. Learn how to manage your tinnitus with Lenire
What is Lenire?
It delivers mild pulses to the tongue combined with sound played through headphones to help your brain pay less attention to tinnitus.
Lenire is the first device of its kind to receive a grant of approval from the FDA to treat tinnitus. This follows a large-scale clinical trial designed to meet the FDA's requirements during which 83% of patients recommended Lenire for the treatment of tinnitus. The largescale trial's results were consistent with real-world evidence from 204 patients*.

I am fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the Montana Speech and Hearing Association, and I hold a Montana state license in audiology. My professional interests include treatment of tinnitus and fitting of advanced hearing instrument technology, and I particularly enjoy helping people find success with hearing aids after previous negative experiences.
Dr. Mathews has been providing a wide range of audiology and tinnitus services since 2002. She has worked in private practice, with ENTs, and in hearing and tinnitus manufacturing. Over the course of her career she has presented and taught audiologists and patients about hearing loss, hearing aids and tinnitus domestically and internationally.
Accessing evidence-based tinnitus treatments is challenging for patients and medical professionals. As a result, patients are attending multiple appointments for the same complicated issue. Hearing and Speech Connection offers tinnitus patients evidence-based relief from tinnitus
